College Football Week 1
In sports, the greatest time of the year has finally arrived as week 1 of the 2025 college football season has officially started.
Last night, in fact, there were a bunch of games to watch.
The South Florida game, where my wife went to school, faced Boise State, for example. The game started with USF falling behind. In the second quarter, though, the Bulls started to pull away from the Broncos and handed Boise State a humiliating defeat 34-7.
After the USF game, I switched over to the Nebraska vs Cincinnati game where the Cornhuskers ended up taking that one 20-17 to beat the Bearcats.

My Picks for Week 1
Texas and Ohio State should be quite the matchup. Mainly because Arch Manning will finally be the starter for the Longhorns. Even though Ohio State is the reigning National Champ, I believe Arch and company will take the Buckeyes down a notch in week 1.
As for my Florida Gators, they should have no problem beating the Long Island University Sharks on Saturday during the evening game.
