The family and I took a trip out to northern Alabama and southern Tennessee to check out the area for a potential move. Looking for things to do around the Huntsville, Alabama area, my wife found the U.S. Space and Rocket Center and we decided to check it out.
There were several areas showcasing aeronautical and space displays, like the A-12 Oxcart, for example. The center also featured a Saturn-V rocket inside the museum and outside, which was very impressive. We also took advantage of the intuitive planetarium, which was really fun.
Overall, it was a nice place to visit especially if you have family interested in space.
