Florida vs Georgia

I get it. 

Georgia is ranked No. 2 in the nation.  Florida hasn’t beat the Bulldogs since 2020.  Georgia has won three straight games since their embarrassing defeat to Alabama back in September.  The Bulldogs are the 14.5 favorites to blowout the Gators. 

Like I said, I get it.

I’m hopeful that Coach Billy Napier has a plan to, at the very minimum, keep the game close.  If he can do that, a miracle is possible.

DJ Lagway has thrown for 1,024 yards with five touchdowns this season.  He has more reps now with the starters and Florida has won three of their last four games, which includes a dominating performance against Kentucky 48-20 and kept it close against No. 7 Tennessee.

Remember the hail marry attempt from Felipe Franks against Tennessee on September 17, 2017?  We need that kind of miracle against a fierce foe like the Georgia Bulldogs this year. 

Hoping for a miracle and a little luck:  Florida wins 27-24 in an upset.

It’s Friday! Time to get fired up!!
